In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, Professor Dr. Hazem Hamad Al-Janabi, Head of the International Relations Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, has published a co-authored book entitled: \u201cThe Russian Strategy Regarding the U.S. Approach to Eurasian Geopolitics in the Era of President Vladimir Putin\u201d, published by the Academic Publishing Center \u2013 Cairo.<\/h4>\n

The book examines Russia\u2019s view of Eurasia as its strategic depth and its perception of the U.S. approach as a direct threat, necessitating the use of both hard and soft power to fortify its geopolitical shield. Putin has drawn on the ideas of Alexander Dugin in shaping Russia\u2019s strategic approach vis-\u00e0-vis China\u2019s peaceful rise. The book concludes by favoring a tri-polar scenario (Russia\u2013U.S.\u2013China) over bipolar or multipolar frameworks.<\/h4>\n
