In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 5: Gender Equality, the Women\u2019s Affairs Committee of the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, in cooperation with the University\u2019s Women\u2019s Affairs Unit, held the annual celebration of the Iraqi National Independence Day, which falls on October 3 every year, on Thursday, 2 October 2025.<\/h4>\n

The celebration coincided with a visit by His Excellency the Minister of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, Professor Dr. Ahmed Fakkak Al-Badrani, to the college, where he, along with the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, planted the Independence Tree.<\/h4>\n

The celebration was attended by the members of the College Council, in addition to the committee\u2019s supervisor, Lecturer Dr. Maha Ahmed Ibrahim, and dozens of faculty members and staff.<\/h4>\n
