In line with the Sustainable Development Goals\u2014Goal 13: Climate Action, Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17: Partnerships to Achieve the Goals\u2014Al-Hadara University published the proceedings of its Second Annual Conference entitled: \u201cClimate Change: Challenges and Solutions\u201d, held from 1-2 October 2025. The publication consists of two volumes, containing dozens of research papers presented at the conference.<\/h4>\n

From the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Mosul, the joint research paper by Professor Dr. Salem Mater Abdullah, titled \u201cThe Intersection of Environmental Changes and Security in the Context of International Competition for Resources\u201d, was published. Additionally, the individual research paper by Assistant Professor Dr. Younis Moeed Younis, titled \u201cClimate Chaos under Great Power Competition\u201d, was also published. Similarly, the joint research paper by Assistant Lecturers Dalia Adel Sheet and Fanar Emad Khalil, titled \u201cInternational Efforts and Their Impact on Addressing Environmental Challenges: International Climate Conferences as a Model\u201d, was published.<\/h4>\n

The Dean\u2019s Office congratulated the aforementioned researchers, wishing them and all academic staff continued excellence and prominent presence in various scientific, research, and knowledge forums, God willing.<\/h4>\n
