In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, the Dean\u2019s Office of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul sent a letter of appreciation to Professor Dr. Qasim Alwan Saeed, Dean of the College of Political Science at the University of Tikrit, on Thursday, 9 October 2025.
\nThe letter was issued in recognition of his role as the head of the master\u2019s thesis defense committee for student Shakir Mahmoud Mohammed Al-Jubouri. The Head of the Public Policy Department, Professor Dr. Waleed Salem Mohammed, presented the letter of appreciation on behalf of the college, expressing gratitude for Dr. Saeed\u2019s efforts and his travel from Tikrit to Mosul. He also wished continued success and prosperity for both colleges and universities, by the grace of God.<\/h4>\n
