In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul has launched an educational awareness campaign that included posting informational announcements and posters on the students\u2019 bulletin board. The campaign aims to raise awareness about the importance of mental health among students, as well as among the teaching and administrative staff.<\/h4>\n

The campaign coincides with World Mental Health Day, observed annually on 10 October which emphasizes the vital role of psychological balance in enhancing the quality of personal, academic, and professional life.<\/h4>\n

The posters featured various awareness slogans and advisory messages encouraging physical exercise, stress and addiction avoidance, and the maintenance of healthy social relationships. They also introduced the efforts of the University Psychological Counseling Unit in providing support and assistance to students.<\/h4>\n

Through this campaign, the College affirms that psychological awareness is the fundamental step toward building a balanced generation capable of creativity and contribution, and that caring for mental health is no less important than caring for physical health.<\/h4>\n
