In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, the Psychological Counseling Unit at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, organized a guidance seminar entitled \u201cManaging Psychological Stress at Work: Effective Strategies for Facing Challenges\u201d on Thursday, 30 October 2025.<\/h4>\n

The seminar aimed to raise awareness about mechanisms for dealing with psychological stress and managing it positively in ways that enhance mental health and adaptability in both work and study environments. It also discussed methods to reduce the effects of stress and strategies for academic psychological support.<\/h4>\n

The seminar consisted of one lecture delivered by Dr. Fatima Al-Zahraa Khalid Mahmood, a specialist physician (Board in Psychiatry).<\/h4>\n

The event was held under the supervision of the Dean of the College, in cooperation with the Nineveh Health Directorate, the two scientific departments, and the Continuing Education Unit. It targeted the college\u2019s faculty members, employees, and students.<\/h4>\n
