In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, the university issued an official order promoting the faculty member of the Public Policy Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Hazem Hamed, to the rank of Assistant Professor, on 3 November 2025. On this happy occasion, the College\u2019s Dean extends her sincere congratulations to him, wishing him continued progress and success in his academic and scientific career, and further contributions and excellence in service of knowledge and society, God willing.<\/h4>\n
