It also opened the floor to discuss the challenges that hinder women\u2019s participation in decision-making positions, in addition to highlighting the role of academic institutions in supporting, empowering, and building the capacities of women.<\/h4>\n<h4>The lecture was held under the supervision and presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Tai, along with some members of the College Council. It was also attended by Lecturer Dr. Afraa Riyadh Mohammed, Head of the Women\u2019s Affairs Unit at the University Presidency, as well as a group of faculty members and staff.<\/h4>\n<p
