In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal Four: Quality Education, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning \/ Sustainable Development Unit (at the Presidency of the University of Mosul), the Scientific Promotions Committee of the College of Political Science held a workshop on the mechanism for processing scientific promotion applications, on Thursday, 27 November 2025.<\/h4>\n

The workshop aimed to clarify the mechanism of the electronic scientific promotion system and the most important updates made to the promotion forms, in accordance with the Promotion Application Procedures Guide prepared by the Central Promotions Committee at the University Presidency.
\nThe workshop consisted of six lectures delivered alternately by Professor Adnan Khalaf Hamid, Professor Ziad Sameer Zaki, Assistant Professor Mohammed Maiser Fathi, Assistant Professor Mohammed Salah Mahmoud, and Lecturer Basma Mohammed Nadhir.
\nThe workshop was held under the supervision of the Dean of the College and targeted the teaching staff.<\/h4>\n
