In line with the Sustainable Development Goals\u2014Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals\u2014the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul launched the 61st issue of its scientific journal Political Papers in November 2025. The issue features a variety of topics prepared and presented by a distinguished group of researchers and academics in the field of political science.<\/h4>\n

The published articles discussed topics such as the circumstances of the formation of the Iraqi state, the concept of “blood entity,” the multiple cultures of society, the French political thinkers\u2019 doctrines, and the impact of drugs on social relationships.<\/h4>\n

It is noteworthy that the journal is peer-reviewed and published monthly, and its deposit number at the Baghdad Library and Documentation House is 1378 for the year 2010.<\/h4>\n
