The translation included an article by the author <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"340\">Stephen Pomper<\/b> titled <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"362\">&#8220;One-Man War: How the Checks on Presidential War Powers Eroded\u2014and How to Restore Them,&#8221;<\/b> originally published in <b data-path-to-node=\"2\" data-index-in-node=\"475\">Foreign Affairs<\/b> magazine.
