Associate Professor Dr. Khairallah Sabhan Abdullah Al-Jubouri<\/b>, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, conducted a visit to the Nineveh Provincial Council<\/b> on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. During the visit, he met with the Vice Chairman of the Nineveh Provincial Council, the jurist Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Jubouri<\/b>, in the presence of the Advisor to the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdel-Moneim Naif Al-Jubouri<\/b>. The meeting discussed ways to develop joint coordination in scientific and advisory fields, thereby contributing to supporting local decision-making and enhancing institutional performance.<\/h4>\n

During the meeting, the Assistant Dean emphasized the vital role that academic institutions play in providing scientific insights and rigorous analyses capable of supporting the work of local governments. He noted the readiness of the College of Political Science to offer consultations, academic expertise, and conduct studies and research that serve the current reality of the province.<\/h4>\n

For his part, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial Council welcomed the visit, praising the scientific role of the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul. He stressed the importance of openness toward academic institutions and leveraging their capabilities to address the challenges facing Nineveh Governorate.<\/h4>\n

Furthermore, the Advisor to the Prime Minister underscored the necessity of strengthening partnerships between universities and government entities to achieve integration between the academic and applied spheres, thereby contributing to supporting development and stability efforts in the province. The significance of this visit lies within the framework of its harmony and alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/b>, particularly (Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals<\/b>).<\/h4>\n
