In the presence of the respected Associate Professor Dr. Suhaib Khalid Jassim Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Political Science, and in cooperation with the Continuous Education Unit at our college, the Department of International Relations held a scientific seminar titled: “The Importance of Political Awareness for University Students and Graduates in Shaping the Future of Iraq,” on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at the College Conference and Discussion Hall.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The seminar focused on the outcomes of the College of Political Science and its role in political performance and fostering political awareness in light of contemporary international transformations, identity challenges, and traditional loyalties, and their impact on the political awareness of university students. The significance of this seminar lies in its responsiveness to labor market requirements and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly (Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 5: Gender Equality, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).<\/strong><\/h4>\n
