In an academic setting reflecting the integration between Iraqi universities, the University of Mosul \u2013 College of Political Science, welcomed Dr. Ali Al-Rufaie from Al-Nahrain University as an external examiner for the Master\u2019s thesis defense of graduate student Sawsan Al-Jubouri. The defense was attended by the Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, emphasizing his continuous support for the academic movement. The thesis was titled: “Threat Management Strategies in the Indo-Pacific Region and Their Role in Regional Peacebuilding After 2018,” and was supervised by Associate Professor Dr. Younis Moayed Younis on Thursday, June 18, 2026.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
