The meeting was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Khair Allah Sabhan Al-Jubouri.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The meeting discussed a number of administrative and organizational matters aimed at enhancing institutional performance. Foremost among these was the activation of the Social Solidarity Fund to support the College&#8217;s employees, thereby reinforcing the values of solidarity and mutual support among staff members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The participants also emphasized the importance of rationalizing expenditures and reducing unnecessary expenses across various areas, particularly office stationery, while preserving the College&#8217;s furniture, equipment, and other assets and ensuring the efficient use of available resources in light of the country&#8217;s current financial challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Dean further stressed the importance of strengthening teamwork, promoting a culture of cooperation and coordination among all College staff, and enhancing institutional performance to ensure the timely and effective accomplishment of organizational objectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In addition, the meeting highlighted the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the College, its corridors, and facilities, as well as preserving the University environment and its property. These responsibilities were emphasized as a shared institutional commitment that reflects a strong sense of belonging to the University and contributes to providing a safe, orderly, and high-quality
