In pursuit of the fourth Sustainable Development Goal, Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Hadi Mahmoud, a faculty member in the Public Policy Branch at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, published her scientific research entitled \u201cE-Government and Its Impact on the Effectiveness of Governmental Performance: The Case of Bahrain.\u201d The research was published in the Political Issues Journal, issued by the Center for Political and Strategic Studies at Al-Nahrain University, in Issue No. (85) for the year 2026.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The study examined the impact of e-government on improving governmental performance through a case study of the Kingdom of Bahrain, focusing on the achievements of digital transformation in delivering public services and enhancing institutional efficiency.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Congratulations to the College on this distinguished scientific achievement, which contributes to strengthening the standing of the College and the University of Mosul in academic circles.
