In pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning\/Sustainable Development Unit at the Presidency of the University of Mosul, the President of the University, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, issued a letter of appreciation to the Head of the University Psychological Counseling Division at the College of Political Science, Lecturer Dr. Shaimaa Nazim Al-Obaidi, on 29 September 2026. The letter was issued in recognition of her dedicated efforts in performing her duties with utmost devotion and sincerity and carrying them out to the fullest.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

For its part, the College Deanship congratulated Dr. Al-Obaidi on this recognition, wishing her and all the College\u2019s teaching and administrative staff continued excellence and success, God willing.<\/strong><\/h4>\n
