{"id":40530,"date":"2026-03-10T08:52:17","date_gmt":"2026-03-10T08:52:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/qualityassurance\/?page_id=40530"},"modified":"2026-03-10T08:52:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T08:52:17","slug":"university-performance-evaluation-division","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/uomosul.edu.iq\/en\/qualityassurance\/university-performance-evaluation-division\/","title":{"rendered":"University Performance Evaluation Division"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Division Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Evaluating institutional performance<\/strong> at the university and its colleges in order to assess the level and quality of performance and identify areas requiring improvement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database<\/strong> covering all activities of the university and its colleges to facilitate monitoring and continuous development of the educational process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supporting the university colleges<\/strong>, through their University Performance Evaluation Units, in conducting studies aimed at enhancing and improving their institutional and academic performance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Conducting and participating in field studies<\/strong> to ensure the alignment of educational outcomes with labor market needs, and providing appropriate guidance and recommendations in this regard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensuring that colleges achieve their strategic objectives<\/strong> by implementing appropriate procedures to evaluate their academic programs and outcomes using various assessment and measurement tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Providing technical consultation and guidance<\/strong> to the university and its colleges in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and quality assurance mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparing periodic reports<\/strong> on the activities of the division and submitting them to the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning and coordinating the follow-up of self-assessment processes<\/strong> for the university, its colleges, and their various academic programs, and monitoring the implementation of these processes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collecting and analyzing the results of self-assessment studies<\/strong>, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and presenting appropriate recommendations for performance improvement and development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Carrying out any additional tasks assigned<\/strong> by the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University Presidency in order to support and strengthen the university performance evaluation process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Division Responsibilities Evaluating institutional performance at the university and its colleges in order to assess the level and quality of performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
