Regional Studies Center held a seminar by Dr. Nofal Qassim Al-Shahwan, Head of the Department of Economic and Social Studies, for his research titled "Reconstruction of Mosul International Airport: Obstacles and Opportunities for Economic Development", in the presence of the Center's researchers, on December 15, 2021.Al-Shahwan said that the research aims to verify the availability of the economic and technical feasibility and its dimensions for re-establishing Mosul International Airport, and the extent of its contribution to economic development opportunities in light of various hindrances.
