The seminar aimed to present the effects resulting from attempts of Western-Atlantic geographical incursion, seeking to expand Atlantic-Western influence in the eastern parts of Europe, limit Russian influence to the greatest possible extent, and then impose an external cordon on Russia\u2019s Western borders in the post-Cold War phase, in light of Russian expectations that the West would leave such a sort of thought and performance.<\/p>\n
