<\/p>\nSenior Manager Walid Salah Yaseen, a staff member at the Regional Studies Center, participated in the training program launched by the Division of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up in collaboration with the Electronic Computing Center at the Presidency of the University of Mosul. The program, titled \u201cBasic Digital Computer Skills,\u201d was held on Sunday, June 22, 2025, in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hall at the Scientific and Literary Forum of the university.<\/p>\n
The course targets university employees and extends over a full month, with three hours of daily training sessions. The program aims to empower participants with the ability to efficiently use office and cloud-based applications, enhance the technical readiness of the university\u2019s staff, and promote the effective use of modern digital tools in carrying out administrative and technical tasks.<\/p>\n
The program includes hands-on training on the use of Microsoft Office applications, cloud storage systems, digital collaboration tools, and fundamental concepts of cybersecurity.<\/p>\n
This initiative represents a significant step in the University of Mosul\u2019s ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities of its administrative and technical personnel in line with the requirements of digital transformation in educational institutions. It also contributes to improving institutional performance and service quality, while supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 4 \u2013 Quality Education, Goal 8 \u2013 Decent Work and Economic Growth, Goal 9 \u2013 Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, Goal 10 \u2013 Reduced Inequalities, Goal 16 \u2013 Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions, and Goal 17 \u2013 Partnerships for the Goals<\/p>\n
