Prof. Dr. Tareq Mohammad Tayeb Dhaher, Director of the Regional Studies Center at the University of Mosul, accompanied by members of the Center\u2019s Board, took part in a scientific symposium organized by the university\u2019s presidency on Saturday, July 19, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium, titled \u201cIraqi Scientific Research Between Aspirations and Global Rankings: Tools and Challenges,\u201d featured a lecture by Prof. Dr. Haidar Abdul Dhahad, Deputy Minister for Scientific Affairs at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
