Abid on Sunday, August 10, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of media as an effective tool in shaping institutional and societal awareness, and its vital role in promoting positive professional behavior among employees in various sectors, particularly in both public and private work environments.<\/p>\n<p>The lecturer explored modern media mechanisms and their ability to influence individual behavior, emphasizing the need for a conscious and educational media discourse that reinforces the values of integrity, transparency, and professional discipline. He also presented successful media experiences that contributed to motivating employees toward greater commitment and enhanced institutional performance.
