<\/p>\nThe Regional Studies Center \u2013 University of Mosul, continues its community engagement through its voluntary and developmental initiatives. The Center\u2019s staff participated in the \u201cMy School\u201d volunteer initiative, which targeted \u201cAmalona\u201d primary school in the western side of Mosul, on Wednesday, November 5, 2025.<\/p>\n
This initiative comes as part of efforts to strengthen the spirit of cooperation and social responsibility, and to support the educational environment in the city\u2019s schools through awareness and educational activities aimed at instilling the values of teamwork and positive belonging among students.<\/p>\n
The Regional Studies Center extends its appreciation to the school\u2019s administration and staff for their warm reception and interaction, reaffirming the Center\u2019s commitment to continuing its volunteer programs that support the local community, in line with the University of Mosul\u2019s mission to serve society and promote sustainable development, particularly relevant to the achievement of sustainable development goals such as: quality education (Goal 4), sustainable cities and communities (Goal 11), peace, justice and strong institutions (Goal 16), and partnerships for the goals (Goal 17).<\/p>\n
