On the occasion of the seventy first anniversary of the issuance of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued on 1948 \/ 12\/10 .Dr. Luqman Uthman Ahmed , a head of the Human Rights Law branch in college of Rights participated in the dialogue session held by the high Commissioner for Human Rights , \/ Ninawa office in corporation with the volunteer team Ninawa girl’s on Wednesday corresponding to 2014\/12\/11 . Whereas Dr. Luqman Uthman Ahmed delivered a speech on the reality of human rights in Iraq in general and Ninawa province in particular , and among the legal mechanisms for protection of human rights . The session was attended by Dr. Ahmed Tariq the assistant head of the university for administrative and financial affairs , representing the head of the university and Commander of Ninawa operations and number of security leaders in addition to representatives of civil society organizations .
