At the College of Law and Political Science \/ University of Kirkuk, on Wednesday 10\/2\/2021, a doctoral student, Rafil Hassan Hamed, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch in our college, discussed her dissertation tagged (the legal center of the Central Bank in the federal state)<\/p>\n

The committee accepted the student’s thesis and was awarded a PhD in Public Law \/ Public Finance and Financial Legislation<\/p>\n
