Due to the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Mosul, and his effective contribution to the success of the activities of the UNESCO Chair tagged University of Mosul permanent radiation for culture and science and the house of all, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Prof. Dr. Munir Salem Taha, Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, Director of the UNESCO Chair, and in turn, congratulates the Deanship of our college, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more creativity and giving in service of the march of science and knowledge in our dear college, our ancient university<\/p>\n
