17, 2023, in the membership of the discussion committee of the master&#8217;s student Ali Fadel \/ Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies \/ Department of Law for his message tagged Guarantees for achieving economic development in Iraq, and the discussion committee approved the student&#8217;s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master&#8217;s degree in public law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic position enjoyed by professors And the teachers of our dear college and our prestigious university.<\/p>\n<p><img
