Dr. Qabas Hassan Awwad, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the Faculty of Law \/ Director of the UNESCO Chair at the University of Mosul, and Dr. Ikram Bassel, representative of the rapporteur of the Chair, participated in the consultative conference of the Revival of the Spirit of Mosul initiative, which was held under the auspices of UNESCO in the presence of the organization’s representative, Mr. Paolo Fontani. Community aimed at consolidating the bonds of cooperation and solidarity between the UNESCO Chair and the University of Mosul on the one hand and the community and its various segments on the other hand, which contributes to the global definition of the history and civilization of Mesopotamia and Mosul Al-Hadba, which has witnessed for thousands of years the oldest civilizations that provided humanity with various sciences and knowledge that had a role in human heritage and history.<\/p>\n
