Due to the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Muhammad Youssef Muhaimeed \/ Faculty of Law at Tikrit University in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the branch of human rights law Anwar Farhan Mashaan, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the Faculty, and in turn, the Deanship of the College congratulates the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, Dr. Muhammad Youssef Muhaimeed, wishing him more practical giving.
