on Monday, July 10, 2023, in the discussion of the doctoral thesis tagged Presidential authority and its relationship to responsibility in the Iraqi job system \/ a comparative study of the student Raeda Yassin Khader \/ College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk, and the discussion committee approved the student&#8217;s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law, and this participation reflects the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic status that It is enjoyed by the professors and teachers of our dear college and our
