On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Sami Younis, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss the master\u2019s thesis entitled The Legal Nature of Tax Decisions in Iraqi and Comparative Legislation, by student Khaled Ali Saleh\/Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master\u2019s degree in public law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our prestigious university.<\/p>\n
