Professor Dr. Fares Ali Omar and Professor Dr. Taima Mahmoud Fawzi\/Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis titled Preparation Judiciary in Civil Cases\/A Comparative Study at the College of Law at the University of Tikrit. The discussion committee approved the thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a certificate. Doctorate in private law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our prestigious university.<\/p>\n
