On Sunday, October 1, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Fadila Abbas Ghayeb, one of the teaching staff of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the master\u2019s thesis entitled Financial Resources Management in Governorates Not Organized in a Region\/A Comparative Study, by the student Ahmed Abdullah Fayd Allah\/ College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master\u2019s degree in public law.
