On Thursday, October 5, 2023, Professor Dr. Qaydar Abdul Qadir Saleh, one of the teachers of the public law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss his doctoral thesis entitled Administrative Licensing on Public Order and Judicial Oversight of It\/A Comparative Study, by the student Raad Mutashar Ahmed\/College of Law At the University of Tikrit, the discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law. This participation expresses the scientific sobriety and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and teaching staff of our dear college and our ancient university.<\/p>\n
