In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Hashim Muhammad Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, during his participation in the discussion of his master\u2019s thesis entitled Moral Means and its Impact on Responsibility for Assaulting the Life and Safety of Persons \/ A Comparative Study by Student Muhammad Hardan Al-Hiti \/ College of Law and Science Politics at Anbar University. He was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Hadi Mishaan Rabie, Dean of the College of Law and Political Science at Anbar University. In turn, we congratulate the Deanship of our college, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, Dr. Hashem Muhammad Ahmed.
