On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Dr. Raida Muhammad Mahmoud, one of the teaching staff of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of a committee discussing the doctoral thesis entitled \u201cProtecting Others from the Invalidation of the Real Estate Sale Contract\u201d by the student Saber Hussein Aliwi\/College of Law at Tikrit University. The committee approved Discussion of the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in private law.
