On Tuesday, October 31, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee discussing the doctoral thesis entitled \u201cConstructing Dams on International Rivers in accordance with the Rules of Contemporary International Law\u201d by the student Haider Moneim Ahmed. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the Requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in public law.
