On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Assistant Professor Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, one of the teachers of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the master\u2019s thesis titled (Judicial Oversight of Amending the Federal Constitution – A Comparative Analytical Study) by the student Rengin Sabri Muhammad \/ College Law and Political Science at the University of Dohuk. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a master\u2019s degree in public law.
