Dr. Ahmed Fares Idris, Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, in the training course entitled Administrative Investigation, Disciplinary Penalties, and Administrative Grievance Methods, which was held by Nineveh Governorate – Planning Assistant – Skills Development Department for the period from October 5-12. Second, 2023, in the training hall of the Central Public Library, by delivering a specialized scientific lecture that dealt with the formation of administrative investigation committees, types of disciplinary penalties, and methods of appealing the decisions of investigative committees.
