In the presence of Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi, Head of the Public Law Branch, and headed by Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad and the membership of Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, Dr. Raqeeb Muhammad Jassim, and Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, and the project for registering the doctoral student\u2019s thesis was discussed. Seydou Jeto Hesso, under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya and in the presence of members of the branch\u2019s teaching staff.
