Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal al-Din al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit in our college, held on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, the training workshop entitled Teamwork, which It witnessed the presentation of a number of working papers that dealt with the concept of teamwork, which is the ability to work together towards a common vision and direct individual achievements towards the goals of the organization, which is the fuel that allows people to achieve unusual results, which requires the availability of the efforts of more than one person and thus work within a team of which each member leads. Its specific duty, with reference to the reasons for group work, its goals, justifications, elements, and the stages of building an integrated team that contributes to achieving the goals according to a pre-defined future vision. The workshop witnessed a distinguished presence of the dean of the college, its scientific and administrative staff, its students, and its researchers, who asked many questions and inquiries about the topic of the workshop, which were answered in detail.
