Assistant Professor Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, Head of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the discussion of the Master’s student Imad Hassan Saleh \/ College of Law, Tikrit University, about his thesis tagged the procedural impact of the opponents’ violation of the Civil Procedures Law \/ a comparative study<\/p>\n
