On Wednesday, February 21, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, accompanied by the Nineveh Volunteer Team and a number of college teachers, visited the Juvenile Observation House for Males in Nineveh, where they were briefed on the Ministry of Justice\u2019s plans and procedures aimed at rehabilitating juveniles and integrating them into society to be Qualified individuals for community building and human prosperity, in addition to effective contribution to managing the wheel of progress and development. The methods and qualifying programs followed by the Ministry of Justice and government departments and institutions were also reviewed in the context of their dealings with the event.
