Master’s thesis in the private law branch on the legal system for the right of sidewalk space \/ a comparative study<\/p>\n

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, the Private Law Branch of the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master’s thesis on the legal system for the right of sidewalk space, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr<\/p>\n

The thesis submitted by the student Nektel Saleh Hussein in the private law branch dealt with the right of sidewalk space as one of the original real rights subsidiaries from the right of ownership that was not included with the rest of the rights in kind that were mentioned exclusively within the text of Article 68 of the Iraqi Civil Code<\/p>\n

The study aims to invite the Iraqi legislator to organize this right like the rest of the original real rights and to amend the text of Article 68 of the Iraqi Civil Code by adding the right of sidewalk space with the rest of the other rights in kind<\/p>\n
