Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, our college concluded on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the continuing education course entitled (Combat Administrative and Financial Corruption), which witnessed the delivery of a number of lectures on the concept of disciplinary violation and its role in reducing financial and administrative corruption and responsibility. Civil matters arising from the personal mistakes of the public employee, the procedures for issuing the inclusion decision and appealing it in light of the effective job inclusion law, introducing the Federal Integrity Commission and its role in combating administrative corruption, the role of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in legislating anti-corruption laws, international means to combat cross-corruption crimes, and national and international mechanisms to combat it. The course witnessed the participation of a number of legal employees working in state departments and the public sector. The above course aims to develop the scientific and practical capabilities of the participants in a way that contributes to introducing the latest legal and scientific developments in the legal and cognitive field related to financial and administrative corruption.\"\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
