Prof. Dr. Yasser Bassem Thanoun, one of the members of the Private Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for PhD student Louay Abdel-Haq Ismail \/ College of Law, Tikrit University, for his thesis tagged with the legal regulation of the procedural link in the Iraqi Civil Procedure Code No. 83 of 1969<\/p>\n

The committee accepted the student’s thesis and he was awarded a doctorate in private law<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the discussion, the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tikrit awarded Dr. Yasser Bassem Thanoun a certificate of appreciation in appreciation of his efforts in supporting the scientific, cultural and student activities in the college above, noting that he had taken the trouble of traveling and his participation in a scientific activity of the college<\/p>\n
