\nOn Thursday, June 13, 2024, the Public Law Branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul discussed a master\u2019s thesis on abuse of administrative rights, part of which was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and a number of members of the College Council and its faculty.
\nThe thesis submitted by researcher Faten Jassim Muhammad in the public law branch dealt with abuse of the administrative right, which is one of the modern concepts created by the administrative judiciary through the enactment of judicial rules to be added to the legal rules written in the administrative law based on the constructive role of the administrative judiciary.
\nThe message aims to explain that the right holder must use his right in accordance with the limits set by law, otherwise his use of that right will be considered arbitrary, especially since rights derive their legitimate existence from the law as a source that creates the right.
\nThe discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda, the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ansam Ali Abdullah, the teacher Dr. Alia Ghazi Taher, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Nectal Ibrahim Abdel Rahman.
