\nOn Monday, July 1, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss his doctoral thesis entitled Serious Violations within the Framework of International Rules and National Legislation – A Study in the Case of Iraq Post-2003 by researcher Zaman Sahib Majdi Rajab \/ College of Law at the University of Kufa. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate degree in public law.
