On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, Dr. Sahar Hayal Ghanem, one of the teaching staff of the private law branch at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis entitled The Forced Transfer of Private Property from the Owner by researcher Muhammad Jamal Zain\/College of Law at the University of Fallujah. The discussion committee approved the student\u2019s thesis.
